We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

Product fails to power on
Screen malfunction
Button failure
System malfunction
Damage not caused by human error
(2) Received incorrect item
If you receive a style, model, or color that does not match your order, you can apply for an exchange or refund.
(3) Damage caused by transportation
If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the outer packaging
Order number
We will arrange for reshipment or a refund. - Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted
The following situations do not support returns or exchanges:
The product has been clearly used
The product is damaged due to human error (dropping, water damage, disassembly, etc.)
Original packaging and accessories are missing
Exceeding the specified application period

The exchanged product will be reshipped within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the original product. 7. Refund Method and Time
